Diagnosing blind wastes time. Each tool runs in the browser with nothing to install, and none of them upload audio anywhere.
Start with the guide that matches your symptom rather than your device — the symptom tells you which layer failed.

Every procedure here is written against current versions of Windows 11, macOS, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, and steps are checked on real hardware rather than copied from vendor documentation. Where a fix only works in some conditions, the guide says so. Where a symptom has no fix — Bluetooth call quality being the clearest example — it says that too, rather than sending you through a checklist that cannot succeed.
